Projects

Environmental & Community Engagement

Go Green Circle Schools Program

Key Contributions:

  • Tree Planting Campaigns: Planted over 6,000 trees across 11 schools in Kiambu and Nairobi counties, with an ongoing goal to reach 30 schools and impact 15,000+ children
  • Environmental Education: Led sessions for students, teachers, and parents on sustainability, climate action, and environmental care.
  • Community Impact: Encouraged learners to replicate sustainable practices at home, sparking ripple effects in their communities.

These experiences strengthened my belief in the transformative  power of nature to solve both environmental and social challenges.

Fire Eco-Farm Initiative

Driven by my passion for nature, education, and community growth, I founded Fire Eco-Farm in Kiambu County—just 45 minutes from Nairobi. This dynamic farm was developed as a hands-on destination promoting sustainable living, wellness, and rural tourism.

Fire Eco-Farm serves as a hub for learning, healing, and sustainable transformation, merging agriculture, recreation, and environmental education. One notable milestone was reviving the 4K Club at Gathanji Primary School through this initiative—an effort that gained national attention and was featured on KTN News.

The farm plays a vital role in:

  • Promoting food security and crop diversity
  • Empowering youth through environmental awareness
  • Attracting local and international visitors
  • Supporting rural livelihoods

Eco-Tourism & Sustainable Travel

With over two decades of experience in Tourism and Hospitality, I have evolved from traditional guest relations roles into a leader in purpose-driven travel. I organize nature-based experiences—such as farm tours, hiking expeditions, and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) learner activities—that connect people to sustainability and well-being.

Collaborations with farms such as Fairview Coffee Farm, Mlango Farm, Dragon Fruit Farm, Strawberry Farms, and Spice Farms have allowed me to combine tourism with agricultural education, redefining how travelers engage with Kenya’s natural heritage.

The farm plays a vital role in:

  • Promoting food security and crop diversity
  • Empowering youth through environmental awareness
  • Attracting local and international visitors
  • Supporting rural livelihoods
